Table

If you need to build a table use table maker.

Let's make a table of all Probes objects that have a value for the PCR_primers in GrainGenes.
First of all choose data type Probe for Column 1.

Choose if you want this column be visible or hidden.
 
Next step is to choose a tag for second column. We want our table to contain only probes with PCR_primer.
Therefore Column 2 should be mandatory. This column also should derive from first column and be visible.

Use this button to choose a tag.
 
Condition (optional)  
 
Choose if this column should be mandatory.
Choose if you want this column be visible or hidden.
To choose a tag click on Choose tag for column (2) button. It will bring you to the tag chooser page.

After you made choice for second column Column 2 fields will show the chosen tag :

If you would like to change the chosen tag use "Choose tag" again.

Choose if this column should be mandatory.
Choose if you want this column be visible or hidden.
 
To see the table click on button.

 

Note that it is not too late to change columns and table options any time before you hit Build table button.
To add new column use Add new column button, to delete last one - Delete last column.
If table definition is useful save it in a file on server : use Save table definition
