Contact[Show (14)]
Remarks Mapping was performed on a set of 101 aneuploid lines
derived from Chinese Spring, each line carrying a terminal
deletion of one chromosome arm. The breakpoints of these
deletion lines define a set of breakpoint intervals (bins),
to which the probes were mapped by differences in Southern
hybridization to genomic DNA from each line.
Probes were 6,963 cDNA clones, each representing a different
EST unigene. Data of 14 July 2003.
Bins with names ending in '*' are merged intervals due to
missing data.
